Terms of Service

Package prices are starting prices for clearly scoped work. Custom features, copywriting, integrations, extra pages, paid tools, hosting, domains, and third-party services may require a separate quote.

Project timelines depend on content readiness, feedback speed, integration complexity, and payment milestones. Jhalmuri Studio may refuse work that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.

Client-provided content, logos, and images must be owned or licensed by the client. We build without unsafe HTML injection and keep secrets out of client-side code.

Support terms, revision limits, handoff assets, and payment schedule should be confirmed in writing before a project begins.
